'Very comfortable and quiet. The upgrade was unexpected but very nice indeed. Complementary breakfast and wine made it a great stay. Did not like the parking station! Tiny spaces and difficult access. It was the one negative for us.'

'I really enjoyed my stay at the Grand. Great location with easy access to train stations and trams. Staff were friendly. The heated pool was a bonus. The restaurant served fabulous Indian food in the evening and the Grain Store in Flinders Lane, that they recommended for breakfast, was superb. Definitely will stay there again.'
