'The lady at reception i beleive she was the duty manager was amazing. I walked in limping as my knee recently replaced was playing up and she asked if i wanted to be transferred to a more mobility friendly room. Excellent customer service. '

'The staff are simply excellent. They manage to provide a high end service without being stuffy, and the hotel itself is luxurious and comfortable. You could dress up for dinner or head down in worn yoga pants for a coffee with equal comfort. Would be delighted to go back. '

'Great hotel in a great location. Staff was tip-top & hotel kept in great conditon. Special kudos to both the manager who offered us an upgraded room because we had a leaky sink faucet (we declined the move but I appreciated his concern for enhacing our stay) and for the tall gentleman who fixed the leak problem. He was pleasant, very focused on resolving the problem quickly, diagnosed & quickly fetched the part, left the work space clean and was out in less than 30 minutes ... great job.'

'Always stay here on our way to Brisbane. Very welcoming staff. Had a great view of the river from our balcony. Bed was very comfortable. Easy walk to RSL for dinner along the boardwalk and lovely breakfast nextdoor at Leheme😊'

'We were greeted in a very nice manner. The room however was outdated and there was a strange noise outside the room. When we complained about this we had an upgrade and that room was much nicer. Never book the cheapest room. We’ve enjoyed our stay but never had a 5-star feeling. Some staff were excellent but others had no idea how to treat a customer. When our room was cleaned the Versace pillows were thrown on the floor. There was an extra sheet laying on my suitcase??? and the curtains were...
