'We were greeted in a very nice manner. The room however was outdated and there was a strange noise outside the room. When we complained about this we had an upgrade and that room was much nicer. Never book the cheapest room. We’ve enjoyed our stay but never had a 5-star feeling. Some staff were excellent but others had no idea how to treat a customer. 'The staff and facilities at the Langham earned every bit of this review. Everyone was great, we were treated like vip's, and everything about this hotel was just elegant. Room amenities were amazing, and swimming pool/hot tub were one of the best I've experienced. I have found my preferred hotel in Sydney. Thank you for a great stay!'
