'there was nobody in reception to check my 8 rooms in. we waited an hour to book the clarion inn across the street. after I did that, the gentleman walked in. good news, he refunded me and apologized. Dont book this hotel when you are a traveling tourist. it is a hotel for the homeless '

'The entire property is extremely clean. The lobby, room, bathroom, pool area, dining areas. The staff is wonderfully helpful and friendly. I have stayed at this property 7 or 8 times. I leave my home in Southern California and travel all day, with my three small children,through Utah and other states to get to Idaho Falls for an overnight stop to Northern Idaho. Almost every time, we have been welcomed with a small complimentary dinner that has been an incredible blessing after traveling all day...

Three days ago, I sent an email reporting that I had encountered bedbugs during my stay, combined with hives. I also attached photos to the message. However, I have not received any response to date.'
