'I don’t recommend this hotel. The bed was sagging and the room was noisy ( near the road). The ac was also loud. The room was clean, but, nothing can make up for a bad bed! Management doesn’t care and chooses to leave a lousy mattress and rent out the room.'

'Very nice hotel in a great location for someone passing through the city and wanting to catch the local attractions around the Falls. Hamptons are consistently good, but this is probably the best I've stayed in. Large, clean, comfortable room with attractive decor. Would have stayed on for another night if my itinerary had allowed it.'

'My active duty 20-year-old son is old enough to die for his country but apparently not old enough to check into this hotel. They wouldn’t even give us a refund. Expedia also was not helpful and refused to give a refund. He didn’t stay in the hotel, but they charged us for the night. The staff was extremely rude. His car broke down and I made the reservation for him. He was coming home to visit me on leave. They wouldn’t let him check in for the night and he was left trying to scramble to find...

'My wife and I were coming through Idaho Falls and wanted to try something different. We were not disappointed. Xhale was amazing! The property is small, quaint and perfectly designed. Every detail down to the landscaping was well thought out. Even the music piped throughout the property was delightful. The hot tubs were excellent under the stars. We loved our mini suite. It was very clean, comfortable and well decorated. The fireplace was a nice touch. Our only regret was not staying longer to...
