'They stuck us in a wheelchair room. Bathroom was dark and dingy, they actually hung towels on the handrails that surrounded the toilet!!! Yuck!!! Towels were rough and dingy! Carpet felt horrible, it was crusty! When I mentioned to staff, they said they clean them twice a year! Ew!!! No sink in bathroom, it was out in the main room! How unsanitary can a hotel be!!!
Elevator wasn’t working! Never staying there again!!!'

'I paid for a 2 bed suite knowing I have 4 kids with me and upon check in was told the hotel over sold rooms and I was the lucky one to be moved to 2 separate rooms non - conjoining and quite a bit smaller. A heads up would have been nice so we could have planned accordingly. Not to mention, the walls are thin and you can hear EVERYTHING. I’m sure our neighbors didn’t help but either way, Request a top floor and bring earbuds.'
