'For the price, I guess it is fine. But it is, ultimately, an example of the landlord special where the rooms were obviously clearly thrown together as quickly as possible to create rentals. Walls were flimsy, the floor had a slight but noticeable angle to it, the window A/C unit was unsealed, leaving a huge hole that made the window unit run almost nonstop while I was there. The bed frame was rickety and leaning to one side, and there was no hot water in the shower.'

'It’s in severe disrepair. There is mold on the bathroom ceiling. The walls are badly scuffed up. The laminate is pulling off the countertops. This is just a random apt. It’s not a boutique hotel property.'
