'Location is excellent. Short walking distance to every good restaurant and shop. The property was very nice and clean. The kitchen is very well equipped. The gym is very good sized for the size of the apartment building with 13 units in it. The management’s communication was prompt and friendly and responded to all of our wishes. However, the place is advertised as a hotel, but don’t expect services as in a hotel. It resembles more a short term rental home - no cleaning service and no lobby....

'Fantastic stay. We had the Stovall room which was very spacious. Bed was huge and comfy and the bathroom was also very big. Nice shower with lots of water pressure and nice products. Service was super friendly and everything was clearly explained. We’re lucky enough to be able to park next to the building. Only thing that could finish things off would be a small fridge in the room and a coffee maker.'

'Wish a bigger continental breakfast included rather than just a coffee bar. Was just in Spokane at Airport Hilton and included breakfast was amazing. That said we had a fire across the street, power outage for a bit, and the staff was wonderful and accommodating! We will be back to stay more often soon! '

'I had a Junior Suite and it was lovely. Bed was extremely comfortable and it was very quiet. I will say the breakfast is costly in my opinion but it was great. '

'Gorgeous grounds and venue with a beautiful oceanfront view. Plenty of parking as part of SMCC campus. Short drive to downtown Portland and lots of stores around in South Portland. Very unique experience, would stay again without hesitation!'
