'It’s always a pleasure to come here and chill for a couple of days. We are cyclists who enjoy road riding in the area and Desolation is perfectly situated for that. And a wonderful place to come back to after a day of riding for an afternoon of hanging in the Aspen Grove. All amenities are first rate, staff is friendly and helpful and the restaurant is good (especially breakfast). Nice hiking trails on the property and close by. '

'Fijn om een aparte slaap- en woonkamer te hebben. Wel slecht sofabed in woonkamer. Leuk zwembad.'

'Redelijk schoon maar gedateerd en gehorig hotel. Voor deze prijs had ik meer verwacht. Wel erg vriendelijk personeel en goed ontbijt.'

'ook al was er een update aan de kamers , die was netjes , maar de badkamer was zo klein dat je tegen het toilet aan moest staan om voor de spiegel te staan . '
