'Pros: the location is fantastic. Cons: the sofa bed should be condemned - its not fit for use, I pulled the mattress onto the floor on the second night. The whole place needs a little attention - simple stuff like batteries in the tv remote, a tv that connects to the web, air con unit and fans need filters changing and cleaning, a blind in the kitchen for privacy and keeping the sun out. Simple stuff which for the money you shouldn't have to ask.'

'Brilliant stay for one night in Chelsea. The area is absolutely amazing – tons of cafes, restaurants, and shops within walking distance, and your literally minutes from the Tube station which makes getting anywhere in London incredibly convenient. Also really close to some excellent museums if you're into that. Room was spotless and had a really comfortable bed. 'Mooie schone kamer met een keuken wat zelfs voorzien is van een vaatwasser! Een prima kamer voor een weekend. Maar helaas geen schoonmaak als je korter dan 5 dagen geboekt hebt. Wat betekend dat je geen schone handdoeken krijgt en je bed niet wordt opgemaakt. Met een telefoontje kan je er wel voor zorgen dat de schoonmaakster schone handdoeken en extra toiletpapier brengt maar het is dus niet zoals in andere hotels dat je elke dag housekeeping hebt. 'Perfecte locatie om London in paar dagen te ontdekken, op loopafstand van the London Eye,Big Ben & Westminster Abbey. Mooi hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel en kleine verrassing vanwege verjaardagstrip. Erg leuk verblijf gehad en wij hopen nog eens terug te komen!'
