'I must have not read the description properly or some facts were omitted! My room was on a rickety third floor - no elevator and had to drag my luggage 3 flights of stairs! My bathroom was not en-suite - which meant I was given keys to a separate toilet and shower down the rickety corridor! 'Oh my Goodness where do I start! Jon, Nick, Laura and the lovely woman who cooked my breakfast were all so helpful and accommodating! Its such a beautiful Bed & Breakfast, with a quiet and relaxing back patio to enjoy with your free beverages, and a lounge area too. My room was so comfortable. 'Het was mijn eerste keer naar het VK. De kamer was zoals verwacht voor de prijs. Bed was redelijk comfortabel, al heb ik wel het matras moeten omdraaien. Het personeel was ook erg vriendelijk. De douche was minder comfortabel en is aan vervanging toe. Daarnaast was er veel geluid van vliegtuigen, maar dat kun je verwachten als je zo dicht bij het vliegveld slaapt.'

We never got sent any check in details and they didn’t reply to our message on the app the day before check in asking for these. 'The room was clean, check-in was quick and staff was nice. However, it was quite noisy in the room because of the road adjacent to the hotel. It almost seemed like the windows were open, when they were in fact closed, so sound isolation is not good. Would recommend to take ear plugs with you, or buy some at the Boots across the road as I did.'
