'Couple of things broken in my room. Safe could not open 2 times, door to the jacuzzi was broken, jacuzzi was not clean when arrived so i did not trust the water and did not use it. Only the last 2 days it was cleaned. Overall the hotel is ok. Just book yourself a standard room. It's not worth the money to spend more on other rooms. The hotel staff is great. Friendly, helpfull and will make you feel welcome.'

'Arrived in a heavy rain, and after the check-in I was brought to the room.The room was flooded with water (almost halve of the room was covered with water on the floor). A replacement suite, gave the same result. Also completely blank with water. The third room was better and DRY. Quick respond of hotel staff, and ample apologies.'

'The presentation photos dont show how dirty every is. A run down and dirty hotel. My room didn't get cleaned during my stay. The hallway had dirty plates with food on for 3 days.
The pool area was full of leftovers from a party and wasn't cleaned during my stay. The only positive was that there was no bedbuggs.

'My room was clean and comfortable, the mattress and pillow were soft and plush and the bathroom was clean, well lit, and had modern hardware in great condition. So many hotel bathrooms I stay at in India are pathetic but not the case here. Also I had to check out at 3am and the staff helped me order a taxi to the airport (just a 5 min drive away at 3am) and carried my bag to the curb and talked to the driver for me since I only speak English. Would gladly stay again. '

'I know not everyone can speak english and i only speak very little Bengali ! But communication was a little difficult but wasnt a huge problem ! Everything got sorted in the end, nicely situated away from noisey road.'
