Room was large with an excellent view all kinds of modern amenities. Complimentary access to lounge and cocktails were provided. 'Couple of things broken in my room. Safe could not open 2 times, door to the jacuzzi was broken, jacuzzi was not clean when arrived so i did not trust the water and did not use it. Only the last 2 days it was cleaned. Overall the hotel is ok. Just book yourself a standard room. It's not worth the money to spend more on other rooms. The hotel staff is great. Friendly, helpfull and will make you feel welcome.'

'Arrived in a heavy rain, and after the check-in I was brought to the room.The room was flooded with water (almost halve of the room was covered with water on the floor). A replacement suite, gave the same result. Also completely blank with water. The third room was better and DRY. Quick respond of hotel staff, and ample apologies.'

The bathroom had a smell to it, and the restaurant's options were limited, but it was otherwise clean and decent, and a short walk to some malls for food etc.. I also walked to the ecopark, though it's a bit longer. It's a newer, quiet neighborhood, which was nice. The staff brought me a heater for the room when I asked, was able to get my laundry done, etc.. A good stay.'
