Flats in Ecuador

'Everything was great except for the electronic key for the elevator which didn't work and the keypad at the door was fickle and very annoying. That's why it's only four stars'

'Extra clean, wonderful atmosphere, excellent food'

'Excelente todo!!!! Seguro volveremos!!!'

'Perfect home for one month in Cuenca. Beautiful views of the river and unbearable location. The apartment had everything a family might need and more. Hope to return soon!'

'We loved everything about this property and host. Just beautiful inside and out. Very easy and effective communication with Bruce our host and his concierge Cecilia. I would highly recommend the location also. Easy access to many restaurants and the downtown area.'

'This was a clean cosy condo unit in a small 6 unit building. Security was excellent, the pool was clean and the other residents were super welcoming. Highlights were the daily barefoot beach walks and the magnificent sunsets. Both the property owner and the property manager were very helpful. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a quiet relaxing home base from which to explore the Ecuadorian coast.'

'We had a wonderful stay! The condo was ideally located, clean, and safe, with a beautiful ocean view from the third floor. Watching the horizon at sunrise and sunset was the highlight of our days. With three bedrooms and four bathrooms, everyone had plenty of space, and there was never a wait for a bathroom. Our host, Sandy, and co-host, Roberto, were exceptionally helpful and attentive throughout our stay. They made us feel welcome and well cared for. We would happily stay here again and...

'Excellent location and extremely comfortable for our family of 6 from the US. My kids loved the pool and hot tub. Not sure I understand the swim cap rule, but My kids thought it was kind of funny, so enjoyed wearing them for the 3 days we were there. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and easy to get everywhere with a quick uber ride. Would be nice to be able to order food, but as a non Ecuadorian we could not figure out how to do it which made finding foods for the kids a little challenging,...

'This is a great place to stay at. I highly recommend it . It has a wonderful view to enjoy the ocean and the sunset . The hostess, Mary Jane made sure that everything was perfect. Everyone in the building was polite and respectful . I will definitely be back!'

'Really enjoyed the apartment. Staff and security personnel were always friendly and courteous. Was a truly wonderful vacation.'

'Highly recommend. Excellent property, spacious three large rooms, and well equipped for your stay. Also nice pools, spa/jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, billiards and ping pong community tables for us. Secure garage parking. Great time, very responsive host; thanks Karol! Also, location is great right in front of beach, with tons of activities there. Was able to rent umbrella, chairs, jet skis, boat ride, setup fishing outing, buy cooler of beers, and excellent seafood right out front. '

'Property was great top floor well kept great views of the ocean very short walk to the beach. We could watch the beach out front or watch iguanas in the trees outback'

'This is a very comfortable space with all the amenities. They pretty much thought of all the guests' needs including bottled water, soap, cooking utensils, extra towels, and extra pillows. It offers a great view of central Cuenca with the cupolas of the Cathedral and is only a 10-15 minute walk from the central Cuenca. There are lots of places to get prepared food and smaller stores to get basic needs like milk and water. The balconies are very nice to use. We did have some problems with the...
