'Very friendly people, speaking english very well. Very helpful to find places and restaurants. The room is very nice and very quiet with a nice big bathroom with rainshower. Very good beds. The breakfast in the morning is tasteful with everything you wish, even yoghurt with cereals. The hotel is about 10 minuten from the Central Square and 10 minuten from the busstation. I would recommend this hotel to everybody!'

'This was an amazing stay, especially for my early morning flight. The hosts were respectful, informative me, and they made the place feel like home. They have a beautiful dining/common area. 'Very convenient location, just 2 blocks from the bus terminal and the main square. Walking distance to everything in Baños.The room was nice and well equipped. They have a very large terrace on the roof. The owner is also a tour guife so he can arrange rafting and other tours, they also have bicycles to rend. The family who takes care of this hotel is super nice. I got bitten by a dog in Baños and they took me to the nearby hospital and waited for me to be treated. A very big thanks!'
