'Super vakantie, behalve was er geen bereik van internet, omdat we de streek al kennen hadden we vooraf gekeken dat er wifi ter beschikking was bij het boeken. Blijkbaar heeft iedereen hem miskeken. Toch alles voorradig in huisje'

'The property is excellent throughout: comfortable, spacious and well-equipped. The garden, with different seating spots depending on the sun's position and strength, is also extensive. I loved the area too, local towns Brantome & Nontron, the Perigord- Limousin Regional Park and the plus beau village of St Jean de Cole. I should hope to return!'

'What a beautiful farm for a relaxing stay! Brice was very welcoming and helpful with suggestions of places to eat and shop. He had good English language skills and was very helpful in guiding our still-developing French! There are nearby places, even on the farm, to hike on trails and explore the woods. We ate our meals on a table in the backyard watching the sheep grazing around us. All in all, a beautiful place and time! I highly recommend it!'

La maison est originale et située au calme ; elle a fait, par exemple, le bonheur des curieux de la famille en bricolage et la joie des plus jeunes en activité de cache cache et pour tous, des promenades bien sympathiques à faire aux alentours. Le propriétaire a fait preuve d'une grande disponibilité et répond rapidement aux questions, tout en restant discret (pas toujours sur notre dos, contrairement à certaines locations faites...

'De woning is zeer matig ingericht. Alle deurposten zijn te laag. In het (open)slaapgedeelte kan bijna op geen plek rechtop worden gestaan. De gastvrouw en gastheer zijn buitengewoon aardig. 'The property was beautiful, we made good use of the pool and all of the shaded areas (it was extremely hot during our stay). The snooker table was the subject of many early evening rivalries and we were lucky enough to be there whilst the village food fair was on, which was a bonus. Die lekker in de mooie omheinde tuin kon rond lopen Het was er in onze tijd erg warm 40 graden . Verkoeling was welkom en je kon gebruik maken van het zwembad . Omgeving is lekker rustig en mooi om te wandelen. Supermarkt voor de dagelijkse boodschappen is op goede afstand . Uiteraard heb je een auto nodig om naar leuke plaatsjes te gaan Eigenaar was zeer gastvrij en behulpzaam .Bij aankomst...

'Très agréable gîte avec un terrain très grand et agréable avec des enfants. Placé dans le bourg du village tous les commerces sont accessibles à pied. À refaire !'
