This is a unique property in the stylish old Court house. The reception is excellent, Jim is both clear and friendly. The rooms are spacious and functional with excellent bathrooms and what a great shower! The location is right in the center of this lovely town full of history!

We absolutely loved our 3 night stay at Court Residence. Beautifully appointed room with breakfast hamper which was fabulous. Higbly revommend this option for Edinburgh and other sightseeing.

It was close to shops, restaurants and the train station. It is very reasonably priced and Edinburgh is just a 29 minute train ride away. They stock your kitchen with eggs, milk, bread, cereals, fruit bowl, coffes and teas. They replenish anything you've used each morning. If you need anything, all you must do is ask. Friendly and informative management.

Fantastic property in a lovely location, 2 minutes walk to the loch which has a really nice walking route around it. Only a minute drive to supermarket and loads of food options around for dinner / lunch etc. The breakfast included with the room was better than expected. Very pleased! Highly recommend.

What a beautiful building. The room was huge and the bed very comfortable. I only stayed one night but there were enough breakfast items to last a week. My one disappointment was that I couldn't stay longer, i'll definitely make a point of arriving early to check out the surrounding area next time. Big thanks to the lovely chap on reception.

Es ist ein schön gelegenes Hotel mit exzellenter Anbindung an die Schnellstraßen Richtung Westen, Osten und Norden. Das Städtchen hat ein schönes Schloss und einen wunderschönen Park mit See. Das Hotelzimmer selbst war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber. Wieder gereinigt, zB gesaugt wurde erst nach sieben Tagen, ebenso wurde die Bettwäsche auch erst nach Rückfrage und nachdem wir mit der Aufforderung des Zimmermädchens, unsere persönlichen Gegenstände (Schlafanzüge) aus dem Bett zu entfernen , nachgekommen waren, am achten Tag gewechselt. Darüber hinaus wurde uns zweimal der Handtuchwechsel verweigert und die bereits auf dem Boden abgelegten Handtücher schmutzig aufgehängt. Somit fühlt man sich nicht sehr willkommen, da einem vieles vorgeschrieben wird und vieles automatisiert ist, wie zum Beispiel das Schließen der Badezimmertür, die Nutzung der Spülmaschine (für die nicht immer ausreichend Tops vorhanden sind), oder die wahnsinnige Hitze im Bad selbst. Am schlimmsten allerdings war die unglaubliche Lärmbelästung. Jedes Fahrzeug, das an der Hauptstraße vorbeifährt klingt, als würde es durch das Zimmer fahren und zwar fast die gesamte Nacht hindurch. Am Ende des Aufenthalts, hatten wir dadurch das Gefühl, als hätten wir zehn Nächte an der Autobahn genächtigt. Von Erholungseffekt keine Spur. Wenn man sich Rezensionen von vor ein paar Jahren ansieht, kann man erkennen, dass viele Gäste mit der Lautstärke Probleme hatten - schade.

Daily housekeeping, fresh towels and complimentary items are replenished daily as required when housekeepers are permitted access and personal items are respectfully set aside. We loved that Court Residence was safe and secure. The building was welcoming in appearance and staff we met were very hospitable and keen to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Although the weather was awful we felt very warm and at home in our suite. Great place to relax, cater for yourself if need be and just relax. Would thoroughly recommend this property.

Room was very clean. Could not get the convection tabletop to work, thus we could not eat the eggs we were hoping to have for breakfast. We had to have breakfast at the airport, which was very costly.

We stayed here for 8 nights for a Birthday holiday, we loved staying here it was an excellent choice I would highly recommend it, the apartments are finished to a very high standard throughout so were an ideal base to explore the area. The history of the building itself is very interesting being the old courthouse. We drove and there is ample parking at the front of the property. Linlithgow is a lovely town, and it's only a short walk to the train station where you can get into Edinburgh, Glasgow & Stirling without the hassle of having to drive & park. We would certainly stay here again.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in einem ehemaligen Gerichtsgebäude. Der Innen-Umbau ist sehr gelungen: modern, behaglich und mit allem Komfort. Sogar ein Aufzug in den 2. Stock wurde eingebaut. Ein tolles Erlebnis.

Absolutely lovely place to stay. Booked as a last minute stay, and was really impressed. Space for the kids to move about, very clean, very friendly lady on reception. Would stay again- even just to use the shower as that was the best shower I have used in a long time.

I've had my fair share of hotel stays, but wow. Court Residence was something else! The room, service and location was top notch! The bed, the size of the room, the waterfall shower head, the breakfast hamper, the small kitchen in the room, the TV on the wall, the toiletries, everything was lavish! Absolutely loved the stay here. Not too far from Livingston, Edinburgh, Glasgow and local amenities were brilliant too! We'll definitely be back!
