Welcome to my home!

Bright and tastefully furnished, this lovely flat is close to many of Edinburgh’s top attractions! The apartment is located on the 4th floor with no elevator.

Fitted with two plush sofas, a flat-screen TV, and a dining area that comfortably seats 4, relax in the spacious living/dining room after a long day in the city.

The attached kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal including a stove, an oven, and a microwave.

The 2 bedrooms feature a comfy double bed and two single beds respectively. The beds will be fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens at no extra cost.

The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a bathtub with an attached shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

For your health and safety, the flat has been professionally cleaned and sanitized.

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout

Visitors pack the Old Town, a bustling area of centuries-old buildings and narrow alleys. At its heart, perched on an extinct volcano, Edinburgh Castle is home to Scotland’s crown jewels. The Royal Mile, a steep street lined with traditional pubs, casual eateries, souvenir shops and small museums, runs from the castle to the Scottish Parliament and the Palace of Holyroodhouse, the Queen’s Scottish residence.

St Giles' Cathedral boasts a magnificent vaulted ceiling and ornate tombs, while the recently refurbished National Museum of Scotland on Chambers Street is home to a wealth of rare and priceless artifacts. Delving below ground, a tour of Edinburgh's vaults reveals a subterranean world of forgotten chambers that once housed the city's poor.

While the Old Town is a fascinating destination at any time of year, it is particularly captivating in August, when performers flood the austere streets and the town comes alive with the sights and sounds of the Edinburgh Fringe and Festival.

My home is easily accessible by public transport.

- The nearest train station, Edinburgh Waverley is just 8-mins walk from the flat.
- You can also ride the city tram. The nearest tram stop, the Edinburgh Tram is 4-minute away on foot.

Edinburgh Airport is a 20 mins drive from the apartment.

This apartment is located on the 4th floor without an elevator.

This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (15:00 on the day).

If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us.

Also, note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum. Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Amazing Location in the middle of the action, very clean, very comfy.

fantastic location, big and clean apartment. however we got the wrong keys from the pick-up location and had to go back which was very inconvenient. And the beds were very uncomfortable, you can feel the springs through the mattresses. Overall not a bad place to stay especially for the great location.

You must pick up your key at a separate location. I didn't have cell service in the UK so it was difficult finding the address. If you are arriving by car, it is even more difficult as the city lacks any parking. I urge you to arrive by train and check in on foot. Otherwise, the location was excellent. Top lock on door doesn't keep the door from opening. Good view from the windows

The flat was on the fourth floor which was not mentioned in the listing, I was travelling with two family members one aged 60 with a bag know, the other over 70 if we had known we would not have booked it. Safety and secure was an issue. The door to the building did not lock and when we finally got upstairs we found the door did not lock properly meaning we had to sleep with the chain on and a chest in front of the door. The only saving grace is that a burglar probably wouldn't walk up for flights of stairs they would probably try a flat on the lower floors. Retired it to the owner but got no response at all.

Needs a review of security measures , the front door does not lock securely and neither do the street entrance which left is feeling unsafe during our stay. Reported it but received response. Also booking said nothing about being up 4 flight's of stairs, I traveled with a 60 and 70 year old, one with a bad knee if id known I wouldn't have booked it

The location is absolutely fantastic - right in the middle of everything. The place isn’t fancy but the beds and linens are comfortable and it has everything you need. We felt very safe. And for those of used to such things the shower is great! I definitely recommend staying here - but note that it is a fourth floor walk up with 17 steps per flight so might not be a great choice for those with mobility issues.

We enjoyed our visit to Edinburgh and our stay in this great area of the Royal Mile. The apartment is in a perfect location to see all the sites with many wonderful pubs and restaurants. The apartment had what we needed and was very comfortable.
