The apartment is located at 77 Rose Street, right in the heart of Edinburgh city centre, making it extremely easy to explore the city on foot or by public transport.



Edinburgh Waverley Station is approximately a 10–15 minute walk away, offering excellent rail connections across Scotland and the rest of the UK.



The Edinburgh Tram runs nearby along Princes Street, providing a convenient direct connection to Edinburgh Airport, as well as other areas of the city.



There are also numerous bus stops along Princes Street and George Street, just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment, with frequent services throughout Edinburgh.



Due to the apartment’s central location, many of Edinburgh’s main attractions: including Edinburgh Castle, the Royal Mile, Princes Street Gardens and the Old Town, are easily accessible on foot.



Please note that Rose Street is predominantly pedestrianised and there is no dedicated parking at the property. Guests travelling by car should use one of the public car parks available within the city centre.
