✦ This property includes an upstairs unit, but you’ll enjoy complete separation with your own private entrance through the back door and an exclusive washer and dryer, so there’s no need to access the upstairs area. The suite is equipped with extensive soundproofing to help minimize noise between floors and maintain privacy. While we can’t guarantee complete silence, the soundproofing significantly reduces any sound. In the unlikely event of a disturbance, please reach out, and we’ll address it promptly to ensure a peaceful stay, as we have clear rules in place to foster a respectful environment.

The backyard, patio, and a small boot room by the back door are shared areas, as well as the Gym, which is set up as an amenity space for both upstairs and downstairs guests. While the Gym is often free for your exclusive use, there may be times when other guests are enjoying it too.

The Gym is outfitted with features designed to enhance your stay, including an exercise bike, cable machine, dumbbells, yoga mat, foosball table, TV, and a sauna equipped with Bluetooth speakers. Whether you’re looking to relax, work out, or enjoy a game, this space offers a range of options for your comfort and enjoyment.

The living room sectional folds down to provide a comfortable king-sized bed, giving guests flexibility in sleeping arrangements. The second full bathroom is located just outside the suite. Nearby, the laundry area is exclusively for your use and features a stone countertop with an additional sink, making it convenient for extended stays.

🧺 We provide a starter pack of essentials so you can settle in without a trip to the store. This includes a stocked coffee station, cooking oil, dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo & conditioner, and more. For longer stays, nearby grocery stores make restocking easy, or we can arrange a convenient restocking service for you.
