Gemoderniseerd split-house met 4 verdiepingen, gelegen in een rustige buurt met toegang tot het openbaar vervoer, net buiten de voordeur. Dichtbij het hoofd-LRT-station (Century Park Station) met directe toegang tot het centrum, Rogers Place NHL arena / concertlocatie, Commonwealth CFL voetbalstadion en de Universiteit van Alberta. Gelegen op slechts 20 minuten van de luchthaven Edmonton Int'l, dit huis is ook binnen 15-20 minuten van winkelcentra waaronder South Edmonton Common Outlets en de wereldberoemde West Edmonton Mall.

Het huis beschikt over een grote volledig uitgeruste keuken met eethoek, drie grote slaapkamers, drie badkamers en een grote achtertuin met een overdekt buitenterras en een gasbarbecue. Heldere en ruime kantoorruimte biedt alle voorzieningen voor de zakelijke reiziger, waaronder voldoende bureauruimte met drie bureaustoelen, een printer / copier, wifi- en Ethernet-aansluitingen, evenals een volledig aangesloten pc-computer. Sla je trainingsroutine niet over, gebruik onze thuisgymnastiek uitgerust met een loopband, een hometrainer, een vloermat, een bank en meer, en een flatscreen-tv om de verveling weg te houden. Houd jezelf bezig met een volledig geluiddichte entertainmentruimte met ~ 10ft projectie-tv met Dolby Surround Sound met een uitgebreide dvd-filmcollectie en kabeltelevisie. Er is ook een grote, goed verlichte biljartkamer met een pooltafel, een flatscreen-tv en een open haard om uit te dagen en uzelf en anderen te vermaken!

I stayed with my family for more than one week on this house. This is a beautiful house, very well maintained and cleaned. The layout of the property was spacious and very well equipped to live in and entertain. The bbq, pool table and projector room were our favorite places/activities. This is a good place to stay.

We booked this space due to the fact that the listing stated that there was a hot tub however it ended up being a jacuzzi tub. Great place from which to explore Edmonton

This home was everything we hoped for and made a great home base while we visited friends in Edmonton. Clean and spacious. Though we didn’t have time to take advantage of it I saw there was an extensive DVD movie collection. Three minutes to Safeway for groceries is a big plus. Would highly recommend.

Great place to stay for family get- together. The pool table is fun for all ages and the entertainment room downstairs is a relaxing way to end the day watching movies. Loved the location, easy access to the LRT to get to Oilers games and soon the West Ed mall as well. Short distance from multiple restaurants and shopping centers. This Vrbo rental was a delight. The host was attentive, friendly and prompt with communication and our questions. It was good

Stay was nice, fireplace was wonderful (if you do not clean it, you need to pay a cleaning fee for this), jetted tub was nice, location was convenient, spent days at WEM and evenings watching movies and enjoying the space. Billiard table was a fun touch. Cons: Too much scented product around the home, made it difficult to breathe for the first day, until we found them all. Kitchen blinds have mold on them, so if you are sensitive, this is not the home for you (I am sensitive to mold and my body was not happy about the location). Basement movie room was very cold, and we were glad we had brought our own dvd's and player to watch in front of the fire place. Was overall a nice stay.

Perfect house for our group. LRT close by for our trip to the Oilers game and we were close to South Common shopping and restaurants. Very clean and well equipped, although I never did find the tea kettle and I think it’s time for a new mattress in the master bedroom.
