They charged me for a booking and when i wanted to cancel and change the dates they kept the 120 dollars and wanted to charge me again instead of mivung the date because of some non rerund policy. Pretty lame.

The facilities are quite old, we got stuck in the elevator, the door over half closed then stop working, the shower tap was so bad, hard to turn on and off, even you require housekeeping services but still nobody clean your room. Overall not a good place to stay.

Sorry for the inconvenience of the elevator. It was looked into soon after you brought it up the front desk staff. It ended up being the "hold open" door being stuck on. As for the missing the housekeeping. It is on request bases only. As long as the request is put in by 10:00am the it should have been done. I will pass your missing housekeeping onto the manager. Sorry for the inconvenience

Great clean place to stay, disappointed that the Tim Hortons closed, we book at this hotel for the convenience of morning coffees now have to drive off site for morning coffees, not a huge deal but was sure convenient

Great! The restaurant was so wonderful and the staff were all very nice. Very convenient for our weekend. Only thing I wish it would have said was that Tim Hortons was closed as we had an early morning on Saturday and we were relying on there for a quick breakfast and coffee. Otherwise everything was great!

Though we do have a convenience store in the lobby. It does have complementary coffee for guests. As well as plenty of snack and other drink options for purchase. Excellent staff at the dining room. We wanted coffee late in the evening and she made a fresh pot. Room was clean and shopping across the street.

The room was quite noisy...I had to wear earplugs to be able to sleep. There was outside traffic noise, but also a weird sound that seemed to be coming from the wall or ceiling, like maybe another room?

The property is close to Kingsway Mall for shopping, there is a restaurant in the hotel, it is very clean, check in was easy and efficient. I would stay again

The bed is very comfy, the duvet and pillows are wonderfully plush. Rooms are spotless. Bathroom is pristine. I like that the mall, especially Walmart, is just across the road, Very handy for food/drink/snacks. And a Tim Hortons attached to the hotel. Didn't use the gym or pool, but it looks like a perfect place to entertain families, young and old.

Great hotel bed were soft, nice fire place and little fridge. There was a Tim Hortons at the hotel which was convenient for quick food options. Then also had a business area for snacks and computer usage. Would stay again

The tile flooring by the sink and in bathroom was freezing cold. The shower head was tiny with very little pressure, took forever to rinse hair/body off. The parking lot has very limited plug ins for cold weather and didn't help that people don't know how to park properly. And the lowest volume on the tv was too loud to sleep with it on. Wouldn't recommend.
