We are strict on check-in and check-out times due to cleaning needs, but we allow a 1-hour flexibility with 24-hour notice. A $35 fee applies for early check-ins or late check-outs, subject to approval, as its not always possible. If the home is ready sooner, we'll notify you.

✦LOST OR FORGOTTEN ITEMS✦
Please be advised that we cannot assume responsibility for personal belongings left behind after your stay. We recommend thoroughly checking the property before departing. Items left behind will be stored for 14 days and then either donated or discarded. Coordinating pickup or delivery of forgotten items will incur a fee.

We do not have access to a mailbox at this property. Please do not use our address for receiving mail. Unfortunately there was no hot water, and no coffee pods for the Keurig machine. Not a great morning experience. It’s a nice suite but the area is not the best.
