What makes this place special is the unbeatable location. Everything you need is within a 15-minute walk — grocery stores like Walmart and Safeway, Tim Hortons, banks, restaurants, shops, and other daily essentials. You won’t need a car to get around easily. Public transit is also nearby, making commuting simple and stress-free.

Free parking is available in the area. Extra blankets, bath towels, and hand towels are provided and can be found in the walk-in closet near the kitchen. This is not a brand-new home. It is clean and well maintained, but you may notice normal signs of wear such as small scratches or minor chips.

The bathtub is filled using a handheld shower sprayer (not a traditional faucet). There is no TV in the space, and wine glasses are not provided. All of these details are disclosed in advance so guests can make an informed decision before booking.
