Once i arrived at the property everything was fine, we left cleaned up and followed all the house rules. After we finished with the property the owner sent me an invoice for 250 claiming that we had broken the umbrella string even though we never used the umbrella, he claimed that he didn’t know if it was us or the people that had stayed there previously and still continued to charge my card. When i tried to come to an agreement with the homeowner he completely ignored my calls and texts, the only way i was able to contact him was through customer support and even then he couldn’t come to an understanding.
