The king bed was uncomfortable. Woke up in the night both nights we were there to try to ease the pain in my back. Checked in and “only” 3 pillows (not a big deal but even on a queen bed in other bowls there’s at least 4 pillows)

It was the worst night sleep ever. The bed sofa was so uncomfortable. You could feel the springs. I had to sleep at the foot of the sofa and my daughter ended up sleeping on the floor not what you would expect from a hotel that charges over 200.00 for the night. What we expected.

We are happy to help and often have options available to resolve guest issues. We are aware that the pullout sofas are not always comfortable for adult guests and are currently working on a permanent solution to this problem. In the meantime, we do have a limited number of cots available upon request for guests who would like them. Past guests have found this to be a perfect solution for any comfort issues with the pullout sofas. Again, we thank you for your feedback. It is very important to us as we are always looking for ways to improve our guest experience. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back again.

Expedia said it was free contential breakfast and then it was not and was told contact expedia as i booked through them. Pool was cold and hot tub is very small so if other guest in it then you could not sut in it.

Check-in was easy and quick. Staff were great. Food at the only restaurant was ok. Breakfast was really good. Room was clean & bed was good. There was a person who was screaming and swearing outside but the front desk took care of that pretty quick. I’ve stayed there before and will again.

With regards to your concerns; you will be pleased to know that the new ownership is looking to do a complete renovation of the hotel which will include the replacement of all the soft and hard goods along with the building upgrade. In the past, due to Covid the plans had to be put on hold but we are hoping that the renovation will happen sometime during the end of this year.I will definitely share your feedback with the management team, and we look forward to welcoming you back.

The hallway was noisy till almost 11 and the guest as soon as we get out of the elevator and in our room the guest is eating and they all setting in the hallway, parent and their teenage kids, i think they had a tournament somewhere but i couldn't believed seeing this. i contacted the front desk but no one answer the call, and no one also call our room back poor services and management. The cable not much show to choose. We didnt book this place again went back to Edmonton for holiday for 3 days we book another hotel.

The staff went above and beyond for my Brother’s special needs. They were very helpful and polite. The accessibility room was exactly what we needed and I hope they don’t update the beds do a box base as we had to use a lift and the bed that was in there worked perfectly!! I stayed in the king suite and it was fabulous!! Thank you !

As I needed an accessible room for my brother who is in a wheelchair, they were the only hotel that was able to meet our needs, Their accessible room was excellent!! Lots of room.. the beds were able to accommodate the lift! I hope they never change to the boxed beds, my room the king suite was excellent as well, very comfortable! Both rooms were clean!! The staff was amazing, helped with all my questions before I arrived, handled the lift delivery and went above and beyond to help us!! Thank you so very much, I will definitely stay there again!
