The overall stay was good, the only down side was that we had evacuated and when I wanted to check out the elevator was broken, so I had to bring all those bags and suitcases down 4 flights of stairs. That was a bit frustrating, but overall staff was friendly and room was clean.

The guy said there’s no public washrooms and the restaurant bathrooms are locked and no key. Suddenly for someone else there was a key. Elevators were broken. One bed was not changed and someone’s undies were in the sheets and the pillows smelt like cologne. Glad it was only one night. That property is in terrible shape

Property is just ok. No wow factor. Room is too small. Bathroom are too tiny. Ceiling light in the bathroom is uncovered you can see all the electic cable inside. Unsafe. Sink is away from the batharoom. AC is not working well. Too hot in the room even AC is on. Front desk never explain eveything, they are not so friendly. As you check in and out. On the hotel accommodation breakfast are included but not. Trick the customers.

This property needs upgrades desperately. From the simple things like changing the gum filled mats in the elevator to actually moving beds around to clean up discarded food off the floors and headboards. Other than the staff being amazing if it cost anymore I definitely would not be staying here. The staff can only deal with service they can keep apologizing for the owner not caring to except more from cleaning protocols and get your rooms mold free from window sill to bathroom. There shouldn’t be disgusting sludge by the tub. Cleaning spray to cover up smells is temporary.

All around fantastic stay. Restaurant on site had tremendous food. Staff were outstanding. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. Location was pleasantly quiet, and very accessible. We will definitely stay here again if needed while in Edmonton.

If I had to recommend any hotel to avoid it would be this one. We asked for an extra blacket at 5pm then went to the desk 2 more times asking for one. They finall showed up knocking on the room door at midnight. This hotel is definitely dated. As well lacking cleaning. The same garbage was laying in the hallways and ice machine room for all 3 nights we were there. The front guy was least bit friendly and not helpful at all. Save your money and pick a different hotel.

Forst our room had sounds of rodents running around in the walls, ducts. So we were moved to another room. The second room the tub was dorty and had hair in it, also the pillow cases smelt like old musty womens hair, smokey even... I was definitely not satisfied and feel when i mentioned something to the frint desk, they didnt even listen to me... I even have more thi gs id like to mention, but this is more than enough..

The front desk ladies were wonderful. The hotel was in good repair and it smelled nice. Unfortunately our room had a filthy floor and the beds had quite a bit of strangers' hair on the sheets and pillows. We requested and received a different room, however the next room had a sock on the floor and the beds were almost as hairy. This room had carpet so we couldn't see the dirt and hair as well as we could on the tile floor in the first room. I would have left but my room was non-refundable and its was late and we were exhausted. We ended up sleeping on top of the comforters in our clothes. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

When checking in there was someone ahead of me, there were two people standing behind the counter but I had to wait for the man to finish checking in the person in front of me the lady behind counter barely acknowledged us. Older hotel but looked clean, don’t like the carpet (dingy) fairly quiet in the room. Had dinner in the restaurant downstairs and it was fantastic!! Large portions cooked properly and reasonably priced. Would stay/eat here again!!

From the moment you walk in to this property, the entrance is unwelcoming with smell and mess everywhere, the room issued was so bad, the smell, broken furniture, stained and dirty covers and when we complained about the place they tried switching us to a different room and acknowledging our complaint, the room was as the same as the other room but better. We demanded refund and it was a hustle to convince them to give it back. The place is absolutely disgusting and I would not recommend this place to anyone because what you see on the website completely opposite display of pictures.

Very dirty! The whole property needs cleaning and updating. Could clearly hear the neighbours. Time tub would not drain at all. Picked for cheap one night stay while in the city but it was a mistake, wouldn’t stay again. Positive was the front end staff were very nice and friendly.
