Positief: Netheid, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
The room was very clean, with a generous supply of fresh towels. The sheets smelled wonderful, and the pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The continental breakfast was good — I’d rate it 7/10. While we appreciated the complimentary breakfast, the food wasn’t replenished as quickly as expected. We waited about 15-20 minutes for the eggs and sausages to be refilled.
I’d especially like to highlight the reception staff for their warm welcome and outstanding service. They went above and beyond by showing us two different rooms so we could compare. When our event in Stony Plain was cut short, we needed to cancel one night of our stay, and they kindly waived the charge, which we truly appreciated.
Although the pool, hot tub, and fitness area looked very inviting, we weren’t able to use them due to our hectic schedule.
Overall, we had a very good experience and would definitely recommend this place. Thank you for your hospitality!
