'Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful and modern hotel. The room was clean, cozy, modern, quiet and comfortable for the night. I will stay next time I’m in the area. Oh yeah, they had a pretty great free breakfast with bacon, sausage, eggs, biscuits, and gravy, cereal, muffins, bagels, coffee and juices. And they even refilled stuff when it ran out. 'Everything was okay didn’t have toilet paper holder. Need slow down signs in parking lot was almost in a car accident on property. Breakfast didn’t have butter or jelly for toast just peanut butter. No secondary door lock just main door knob lock on room door.'

'I don’t like to give poor reviews, but sorry to say this place was not at all what I expected. Our room was spacious but very dirty. Not realizing at first, but as our stay went on we discovered how filthy the carpet was. Our feet were very dirty. Our shoes stuck to the carpet and the tike floors. Owner was very nice but that didn’t make up for the unclean feeling we had while there.'

'The location was very convenient to restaurants, coffee shops and shopping . Lovely view of a little pond ; we enjoyed watching the wild life . Staff was friendly and helpful . Parking lot was well lit. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again next time we are in town .'

'It had a fire and the reception area was disgusting. The staff person was cold and offered us to view the room first. We did and it was nasty. We choose to take a refund and left.'

'The room is in need of several major repairs, the main being the bathroom as the shower/bathtub was not unusable. I have a couple of pictures to support my concerns and due to the bathroom issues I will be writing the corporate office for some type of compensation.'

'When we arrived the clerk seemed confused and hostile. When we got in the room the toilet was running constantly and loudly. When we asked for a new room, even though the place was only half full, he was hesitant to give us a new room, but eventually he did. When we went to shower in the new room, which had a filthy bathroom, the towels literally stank horribly and were dirty and moldy, and when we went to get clean towels the two people working there became very angry and refused to give us...

'A storm had passed thru during our stay and our room had a bad leak!! Staff didn't apologize, nothing! Just said "oh I'll make a note of that"'
