'What a wonderful hotel! The room was spotless, the amenities were the best we have ever seen, the staff were accommodating and friendly, and the fine dining restaurant was superb. In short, our stay was a delight.
I realize most visitors to this hotel speak Japanese, but it would be helpful if the brochures and wine menus could be offered in English as well. Just a thought!'

'This was my second Dormy Inn stay in my vacation and just like the first one, it did not dissappoint. The facilities are top notch, the staff is polite and helpful. With chinatown on your doorstep and the harbour area only a few minute walk away, I would gladly return time and time again. '

Our stay at the Daiwa Roynet Hotel in Kobe had both positives and negatives.
Positives:
• Check-in went smoothly and the reception staff were very nice.
• The room was very spacious and included a massage chair.
• The location was excellent, right in the center and just a few minutes’ walk to the station.
• The bed, bathroom, and toilet were clean.
Negatives:
• Unfortunately, we were given a smoking room despite having two small children. It was not possible to change rooms.
