Nothing was too much trouble and everything was thought out well and organized. The service desk button on the phone was amazing. The pools are fantastic and the restaurants marvellous. Lovely duplex apartment within walking distance of shops, bars although care needs to be taken on the apartment's open staircase down to the main bedroom and on the steep staircase up to the roof terrace. Only thing preventing a full 5 stars is that the property, which sleeps up to 4 and was booked for our family of 3, was only set up for 2 persons - the sofa bed had no available bedding (although reception...

'Perfect stay outside of the noise of Magaluf. Close enough to Palma for dinner or a walk. Hotel facilities are well maintained and the staff is welcoming. Special remark for the possibility to shower in the spa after checkout'

'Really great location and very spacious. Perfect for small group of travelers. Only negative is the walk up to top floor was 9 flights of stairs. Ok if you don’t have heavy luggage and don’t mind the many steps! '
