'This is without any reservations an amazing Villa. It is very specious with ample furniture such as sunbeds, tables, chairs both for inside and outside use. It easily accommodated our family of 9 made up of 6 adults and 3 grandchildren. The pool was large and a fabulous dedicated barbecue area. Plenty of areas to share both sun and shade in comfort. 'Bij aankomst zijn wij netjes ontvangen door de eigenaar van de woning. Het huis is voorzien van ruime slaapkamers, ruime bedkamers, een fijne keuken, en een nog veel fijnere buitenkeuken. Wij hebben de hele week in alle rust aan het zwembad kunnen liggen, en met een klein stukje rijden ben je bijna overal op het eiland. De buitenkeuken en de barbecue zijn zeer goed van pas gekomen. 'Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft sehr genossen! Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig – ideal, wenn man etwas abseits entspannen möchte. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Grill, den wir fast täglich genutzt haben – auch, weil es in der Küche schnell sehr warm wurde. Leider konnten die Klimaanlagen die Schlafzimmer nicht ausreichend kühlen, was gerade in den heißen Nächten etwas unangenehm war. Zudem führte das zu einem recht hohen – und teuren – Stromverbrauch. 'We stayed at this house during the summer and were unfortunately quite disappointed, as it did not meet our expectations. The weather was very warm, and only one bedroom and the living area had air conditioning. The other bedrooms were not air-conditioned, which made it very uncomfortable at night.The house and its furnishings are rather dated. 'A lovely house with an authentic Mallorcan feel. We were on a girls trip. We loved the roof terranxe for the evenings and found the house to be a pleasant distance from town and we also walked to /from Fornalutx for the evening .Kitchen and house were well equipt and was comfortable. Supermarket 0.5 mile away.We hiked, ran, shopped and swam. Fabulous location.'
