'La cour fermée est agréable. Mais c'est le seul point positif. Quand nous sommes arrivés la piscine était d'un vert trouble. Le loueur a jeté dedans des blocs de chlore. Après 2 jours elle est devenue baignable mais on en sortait les yeux rouges. Après 2 jours elle redevenait verdâtre. La villa est spacieuse mais très mal entretenue : des loquets cassés, un ventilateur de plafond qui ne marche pas, le micro onde en panne, un placard de cuisine sans fond, des carreaux de carrelages...

'Superb, modern, well equipped Villa / apt with all needs met for a family stay. Great accommodation over 3 floors including the bonus roof terrace for late drinks!Very modern but also managed to feel very homely as tastefully decorated throughout. 'Dit huis staat op een geweldige plek. Als je de achterdeur uitgaat kan je direct het zwembad inspringen en als je door de voordeur gaat sta je praktisch op het strand (1 minuut lopen). Supermarkt op 2 minuten lopen.'

'The double bed was disgusting and needs replacing. The bed frame was metal and very low. The mattress was thin and scratchy with no cover. It dipped in the middle so the thin sheet provided kept coming off in the night. There were no pillows, only a single rock hard bolster. The downstairs bathroom was outside. The yard was being used to store broken kitchen appliances, furniture and other rubbish, so it was not pleasant to sit out in. Kitchen had no work surface to prepare or serve food at all,...

'Visited villa Martin numerous times, this property was disappointing. It could be a stunning property, but is in need of a lot of repairs/modernisation. Broken tiles on the pool steps, the bathroom wall tiles are hanging off, the ensuite shower wasnt even worth using it's so underpowered, the shower in the other bathroom was unusable as someone has screwed the bracket to the wall the wrong way up!The pool was lovely, but the lighting didn't work, the chairs around the pool were broken and...

'Wir hatten einen tollen Familienurlaub in diesem schönen Haus. Ausreichend Platz, Aussenbereich, Gemeinschaftspool und was man braucht ist im Haus vorhanden, inklusive einer Waschmaschine. 25 Minuten Fahrt nach Torrevieja und zu den Stränden. Sehr netter und aufmerksamer Vermieter, der bei Bedarf sofort erreichbar ist. Wir würden dieses Haus wieder buchen. '
