'Hotel Posada XVII defines charm. The hotel is one of the most unique experiences I've had for lodging and I will definitely opt for Posada if I'm back in Puebla. The entire staff was friendly and helpful, quick to answer questions and respond to needs. The hotel room was quirky and unique and we loved the ambiance of the entire hotel. The historic building is 3 floors and we stayed at the top so be prepared for stairs, but there are beautiful terraces to sit on and relax while taking a break...

'I highly recommend this lovely quaint hotel full of interesting antiques and charm. Theresa, the owner, and Marian were wonderful and very friendly and accommodating. I was traveling solo and one day they hired a really nice driver, Carlos, to take me to Cholula and the Talavera factory. Lots of charm, very clean, and delicious breakfast available. Oh, and I can't forget the airy rooftop to hang out on. Charming wherever you look.'
