'La habitacion estaba relativamente limpia pero muy vieja, los muebles la pintura y el piso .no le caeria mal una renovada y a media noche una paloma dentro de la habitacion no nos dejaba dormir al parecer salió de un espacio vacio raro que tiene arriba como doble techo. El personal amable y atento, el agua caliente al parecer estaba mas salada que el mar algo raro la verdad. Pero para dormir y bañarse cumple. No esperaba 5 estrellas por el precio'

'The room had an incredible mountain view and was plenty large. Staff were all very friendly, and when we needed something, they were quick to help. The pool was not heated, which was perfect in the heat. 3 Jacuzzis which must be reserved an hour in advance to preserve energy.
The bathroom was nice overall, however, waterflow on the toilet was low, and the shower head was attached to a pipe to make a quasi rainfall head. It's a bummer because the shower enclosure itself os large and well...

'We arrived at 6pm,Restaurant,bar and spa were all closed due to holiday . Staff had no info as to where we might go for dinner or what might be open, we just walked until we found an area with a couple of places to eat. In the morning staff could not tell us how to get to the highway toward our next destination. I would suggest management have staff more informed on general questions especially when your amenities are closed. As first time visitors to your city we need a little help.'
