Vooral het restaurant La Fleur, met soms aangename verrassingen. De "Happy 1+1 hour" in Ascot Bar, van 5:30 pm tot 6:30 pm is m.i. eveneens een nuttige, onderbenutte tip ....'

'Fantastic stay at the Djorff Palace. The setting is magical located on the quite and beautiful West Bank, the Palace allows a peaceful stay along the Nile’s shores. 'This was a magnificent hotel. Tucked out of the way in the quiet rural part of the West Bank. The staff were super sweet and attentive and nothing was too much to ask. The room was gorgeous with heaps of character, you felt every bit of furniture had a story to tell. The food was the best we ate on our 2 week trip of Egypt, high quality and classy yet not ridiculously expensive. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone!'

'Great Stay in Luxor, honestly for being in Egypt, its pretty decent especially; A/C, comfy bed, refrigerator, balcony; its not bad. Shower, sink and toilet area is decent but leaks at times (the seal in the shower area and door does not completely closed) however it does function and it doesn’t take away from you using the bathroom. Great Service (family owned) so you can ask them anything and they will provide to you! Extra toilet paper and shower shampoo gels you’ll have to ask for....

'This is such a lovely place to stay, it is quite basic but has brilliant spacious rooms. The food is amazing with great service and all the staff can not do enough for you, they are all amazing. 'Perfect location to discover the beautiful city of Luxor. The hotel is apparently quite new, very well furnished. The room was large, very clean and comfortable. Beds were very good. The view from the room was astonishing, but the one from the rooftop was even better. It was very relaxing to use the swimming pool after a day of visits. We had our lunches there: breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed the dinner on the rooftop with an unforgettable view on the sunset over the Nile. All the staff...
