Our room was so clean and spacious, the front desk and workers were all so kind and helpful since the moment we got there. Will definitely come back! One thing I will say the elevators were a bit confusing I had to use the phone by the elevator to call the front desk for directions on our first night however it was pretty easy to get the hang of afterwards also it’s pretty quiet at night meaning not much staff...

'The hotel was great. The room was clean, the staff was friendly & helpful, pools were the absolute best part of the trip!! Food was not as good as I expected from a Rosewood and I just wish it had a swim-able beach. Spa was awesome, kids club/nannies were just the very best and the speak-easy was AMAZING! 'This place is the best resort I have been to. There are 2 pools. One of them has a bar. The waiters are great! The staff are wonderful! The beach has some cabanas where you can lay down. The water on the beach is warm. The food is great with different restaurants as the Italian, Asian, steak house and the other two restaurants where you can have food at anytime. The hotel offers a tour to San Jose Del Cabo which is included. We had good time and will come back. 😊'
