'The Garden Villa was spacious, beautiful, clean and private. Mosquito repellant was burning when we arrived and the villa was well stocked with all amenities needed for our stay. The staff was kind, quick to respond and attentive to our every need. The breakfast, brought to our villa most mornings was outstanding. 'The ABSOLUTE BEST RESORT we have ever stayed at!! Daisy, Leah, MARTY & all of the staff are AMAZING! The luxury & comfort of the resort were unmatched. We woke every morning to the water view & breakfast on the balcony. We relaxed on the beach, kayaked & snorkeled with provided items. Drinks at sunset with a beautiful dinner set up on the beach was included. 1000/10 recommend to unwind. Perfect honeymoon getaway.'

'Good location in the middle of the town, clean and comfortable bed, friendly staff, nice lounge area downstairs. WiFi didn’t work all the time because of the power outage, but this was an issue in the whole town. The bathroom is quite small and needs some renovation, also the hot water didn’t work during our one day stay. Air conditioning is really loud.'

Beautiful sunsets and lovely rooms Con: the wifi worked terrible (no wifi in the room), breakfast starts late (8 oclock) if you have an activiatie outside of the hostel you probably wont be able to have breakfast.'

'This is a great hostel. Very clean, right on the beach, incredible service. It did get rowdy at night, but was not a trashy vibe at all - fine if you were not trying to party. We are a couple in our 30s and enjoyed ourselves.'

'Big Paul’s is the place to be in El Nido - we didn’t know what to expect and opted for a private twin room with for £15 each Free rum and coke - for 3 hours Copious free shots - made by Paul himself Loads of other amazing backpackers from around the world Free breakfast and just everyone is so nice! 5 mins in a tricycle from El Nido town centre Bike rental yards away Can’t fault it one bit - we only wish we could have stayed longer (my liver probs couldn’t take it though)'
