'We stayed for 5 days in this luxury hotel. Beautiful pool, and that was the best of our stay. This place can be very nice but needs a lot of upgrading to be real 5*. The rooms are cheaply decorated with a luxury touch. If you pay 275 euro per room per night you would expect a luxury bathroom with a bath and rain shower. There was only a simple handshower which you can expect in a hostal. Also the toilettries, cheap ones and the carton boxes of toilettries were full of fungus inside. Although...

'Het was een adembenemend resort, prachtig een uitzicht, mooie kamers, een kleine gym waar je prima je workouts kon doen. Er zijn 2 restaurants op het resort helaas is de keuze erg beperkt en is de dagkaart een kaart dat ze de 5 dagen dat we daar waren ook aan hielden. Dat was het enige minpunt. Staff was super vriendelijk en je kon elke dag gratis verschillende excursies doen. Het hotel samen met de plek en de excursies was het echt het allermooiste plekje waar ik ooit ben geweest.'

We had fairly high expectations, as this was one of the most expensive hotels we booked during our six month trip through Southeast Asia (around $100 per night). Unfortunately, the experience ended up being quite disappointing. We booked a standard room and were placed on a basement floor.
