Firstly, the courtyard sits between the front room and the kitchen, we arrived to rain pouring into the room from the rubber mats above. 'The biggest disappointment was interaction with the host. We never met him/her and all communication was via phone call or watts app. Arrival was confusing as we did not know it involved a key safe. There was no information pack. Whilst the accommodation was spotlessly clean a number of things could’ve been better.
