You advertised a pool so i booked 2 nights with 3 little girls who wanted to swim. We got all dressed in swimsuits and got to pool to find it empty and with boxes in it. No signs anywhere and was never told. I WOULD NOT OF STAYED IF I WAS TOLD THIS.

Water pressure in shower wasn't good, but overall the property was good. My room was clean and the bedding looked new. Carpet in hall was pretty worn and dirty looking but the room made up for that.

Bed bugs, locks on the doors don't work and locks on the windows were broke unsafe. Left after first night but didn't get refunded for the second night.

It was very unclean, we didn't stay. We went to different hotel. We were shown 3 different rooms all very dirty the bedding wasn't even changed, hair and soiled sheets. The frig was full of black mold in two rooms one didn't have one. Also someone had been sick it was never cleaned up still on bed skirt and floor.I have Never been in a hotel with such horrible conditions!

The room was clean and quiet. The price was high and the beautiful indoor pool that was advertised was empty. Coffee wasn’t ready in the morning. Went to restaurant across the street and next door for breakfast.

When checking out! Did get bill receipt, manager was at Hospital! That I was told! Said, I’ll receive bill in mail!! We will see!! There was no lighted signage, to show where Hotel was located. We drove right by it, was dark!! Turned around and final saw it!! Not happy customer!!

Fine to sleep
Place is clean enough, staff is nice enough. Pool was locked and had to ask to use it, and ask for towels. Breakfast was cereal or toast, just butter, no jelly. Awful coffee, hot water but no hot chocolate or tea for it. So it’s a fine place to sleep and have a swim for the price, but don’t expect anything else and just go to McDonald’s next door for food.

Ok for the price
The young guy working the desk was super friendly and pleasant. Hallways, lobby, stairs were not very clean. Our room was clean. Furniture/decorations in room were banged up and mismatched, but carpet was new. No weird smells, cigarette smoke, pot etc.... Bathroom is so tiny that the sink and mirror are in the bedroom, but it was clean and water pressure was good. Key card and wifi only worked sporadically. AC in our room worked great. No elevator. Breakfast: YIKES. Open, communal loaf of bread to make toast (no tongs or anything, just people putting their hands in the bag), oatmeal packets, raisin bran with a communal gallon of skim milk in the beverage fridge. Good thing there is a McDonald's right next door. Overall, ok place to sleep for one night for the low price.

Our nonsmoking room reeked of smoke. The bathroom was so itty bitty you could barely move. The whole building smelled like pot and curry. You could tell trashy people were living there with the vehicles in back. The breakfast was oatmeal packets and some bread. The back door does not lock so anyone can walk into the building. There is no advertisement for the building except for the gps bringing you there- no signage, etc. But-the front desk kid who was running the entire place alone was very kind.

It was too hot. No A/C inside the facilities. The room A/C was not on although they knew we were coming - we called them. No elevator!!! Can you believe that? We were upstairs with a lot of baggage this time. Not sign outside with their name!!! I will never stay here or recommend this property to others.

The room was comfortable. The bed was very comfy. J.P. checked me in, he was very friendly. The only negative things were that the coffee in the room was NOT good, and the juice and coffee in the morning was nearly non-existent.
