Vind je ideale hotel in El Paso

'The property was okay for the price and had extensive pool maintenance taking place. I stayed for 3 nights and each night around midnight there were people slamming doors and making excessive noise in the hall (spring break was just starting so I assume that’s the reason). I will be returning to the area soon and will be looking for other properties but wouldn’t have problem staying at this hotel again.'

'The room looked clean, but it wasn’t clean. Moved the chair and there was dirt in the corner. The shower curtain was dirty at the bottom, there was only one towel and the hand towel was stained with spots in Expedia. It is advertise as pets were free and there was a full breakfast. This was not true. The charge for pets is $25 each and breakfast was coffee which was horribleand some dry cereal. False advertising I would not recommend this place to anyone.'

'This is a good choice for travelers with pets but this Hampton Inn lacks ANY pet free rooms. You can tell when you walk the hallways that this is a pet friendly hotel. It isn’t dirty — definitely cleaner than some hotels out there. But we could tell that animals had stayed in our room. '

'Stayed here for a week and never got my room cleaned once. I ended up having to set my dirty towels and garbage outside of the door to be picked up by the cleaning staff. Thought that might encourage them to step inside, vacuum and possibly replace the towels with fresh ones but no. Kind of ridiculous considering I paid $600+ for my stay. '

'Property was OK but over priced and the staff was terrible . Manager Wanda was rude and even called the police to have us removed . We paid for a room with a single king bed and was given 2 doubles. When I complained or asked for a credit to ny bill she refused because I purchased through a 3rd party (Expedia) . Also kids were in the hall ways screaming and yelling . If you book through a 3rd party the hotel says you can be treated like a 2nd class citizen . '

'Dated and old rooms. Peeling paint, bubling drywall. Patched and unpainted walls. Breakfast was barely existent and woeful. Not what one would expext for a $100.00 plus room.Wake up Red Roof Inns. Yes we like value but this one failed. 1st room smelled of cat urine and quilt was stained. Poor conditions overall. '

'I had the worst experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, the receptionist was rude. The pool was ice cold. The first room she gave us was dirty. Beds unmade and all. Second room smelled like mold. Third room appeared clean. Once I pulled back the sheets, there was black hair all throughout them, on both beds. One comforter had blood on it. I had to go down to the front desk and ask for new bedding and remake our beds. The TV didn’t work. There was no conditioner in the shower. The list goes on...
