'We enjoyed our stay, the elevator was down but the staff communicated that very well, and we are able to take the steps. Our room was nice, the housekeeper had missed some trash in the room. The breakfast meal was very good and though it was busy at the time we ate, there was plenty of food and coffee.'

'Our stay was very disappointing. Hotel had a rating of an 8 but the whole 3 days we stayed there was no internet, no working elevator, on cleaning service,(had to take out our own trash), no linen exchange,(asked on day 2 for clean towels and were told multiply times the wash was not done and then several hours later told if we bring out towels to them they would wash. Also ants in the room and dresser taped shut so they would not fly open. Breakfast was good. '

'We had a great stay! We were always greeted and helped with friendly staff. The room was clean and well stocked. The pool was perfect with warm water and supplied with fresh towels. Breakfast was well stocked with lots of options for a very quick meal like cereal, toast, or yogurt. If you’re looking for a decent “hot” breakfast you won’t find it here. Overall we had a very comfortable stay and would stay again!'

'I had a very concerning experience during my recent stay. Upon opening the sofa bed in our room, I discovered bedbugs. After checking further, a chair in the room was heavily infested. One member of our party works in pest control and confirmed the issue immediately. I reported this to the front desk and requested someone come inspect the room, but staff refused.
