'My daughter and I came for the pool area the hot tub was completely closed off and not working and the pool was not very clean the water was so cloudy you could not even see the bottom of the pool. There were no pool towels on the first day we had to ask a couple times up front and the next day there were a few in the morning. When we checked in at 3:15 most of the rooms were not cleaned because they said housekeeping was running behind'

'One night two rooms, one tv remote did not work. Ac/heat temp panel was hard to read numbers. Bathroom light switch turned on fan too, not separate. One room had a bathroom light out. Beds were comfortable, they said they could open breakfast room a few minutes early if we wanted. Nice check in person. '

'Breakfast was terrible limited choices. Out of coffee Had to ask turn things back on even though breakfast wasn’t over yet. And all in construction and the halls and rooms are in poor shape '

'I booked at this property but had to cancel due to an emergency and they would not let me cancel. The property could not be contacted to even let them know what was going on. Do not stay at this hotel. A SCAM.'

'The room was dirty. The staff were not helpful at all. The gentleman that checked us in opened the door to our room after my husband made a trip to the car. The door was not shut all the way and he opened it just to tell me to make sure to keep door closed, he also had another customer with him. '

'I booked a two-night stay here but checked out after the first night because the room was in unacceptable condition. When we arrived, the room clearly had not been cleaned. There was urine on the toilet, the pillowcases were dirty, and many surfaces looked like they had not been wiped down at all. The window was open with no screen, which made it feel unsafe and unsanitary. I actually had to go to the store and buy cleaning supplies just to make the room usable. I even had to stand on a towel...

'We had a great stay! We were always greeted and helped with friendly staff. The room was clean and well stocked. The pool was perfect with warm water and supplied with fresh towels. Breakfast was well stocked with lots of options for a very quick meal like cereal, toast, or yogurt. If you’re looking for a decent “hot” breakfast you won’t find it here. Overall we had a very comfortable stay and would stay again!'

'From the minute we walked in to the minute we left it was a grest experience. Very clean, welcoming and a beautiful hotel. Shout out to Penny at the front desk and also all the grille restaurant members. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be staying here again next year. We travel alot and this was probably one of our best stays '
