'Good breakfast variety & noise was never an issue'

'The staff at the front desk were unfriendly, and there was a wait to check in to the hotel, even though it was already past the initial time I had been given for the room to be ready.'

'I had the worst experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, the receptionist was rude. The pool was ice cold. The first room she gave us was dirty. Beds unmade and all. Second room smelled like mold. Third room appeared clean. Once I pulled back the sheets, there was black hair all throughout them, on both beds. One comforter had blood on it. I had to go down to the front desk and ask for new bedding and remake our beds. The TV didn’t work. There was no conditioner in the shower. The list goes on...

'The room upgrade was outstanding, and the staff was extremely accommodating getting us to the quieter side of the building due to the basketball tournament and all it’s guest mailing about the main floor, which was where our room was located'

'Everything thing was great here. The room and common areas were clean. The staff was very friendly. Our only complaint would be the breakfast options. There wasn’t much of a selection when we stayed. One of the staff members mentioned that they were out of a lot of things and waiting on a delivery. It was a little frustrating traveling with 2 kids but we managed to find another place to eat. Overall, great stay.'
