'The staff at this hotel were very friendly and welcoming. They lent us umbrellas for us to use while we stayed there because of the weather conditions. They gave us information on the best places to eat and made us feel at home. While the hotel is not a luxury resort, I was pleasantly surprised how big the hotel room was. It had a separate kitchen and couch and the outside patio was very large with furniture and a hammock. Will definitely stay again if we make it back to Costa Rica. '

'We had a total of 12 people staying at Casa Natalia and we loved it! The house is beautiful, clean and perfectly located for a stay in Potrero. The concierge, Jimmy is fantastic, helping to not only prepare for our trip but arranging last minute requests. The housekeeper was a nice bonus, making the house feel like a hotel with fresh towels, made beds, etc. and the night security guard was also a nice bonus, although we always felt safe. We enjoyed hanging out at the beach, everything you need...

'The pictures do not do this house justice, even as amazing as they are. There were 13 of us staying in one house, with 4 kids, and 5 over 60 years old. There was ample room for all of us and never felt on top of each other. The kids ran out to the beach and we watched them from the gazebo and never felt unsafe. 'Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen. Haus und Grundstück sind in einem liebevoll gepflegten Zustand. Hier merkt man, dass die Eigentümer das Haus auch selbst nutzen. Der Empfang erfolgte durch einen Mitarbeiter der Agentur, welcher uns ausführlich zum Haus einwies und die Schlüssel übergab. Die Kinder genossen viel Zeit im tollen Pool (Wasserspielzeug war ausreichend vorhanden).
