'Hotel staff were delightful and helpful. Hotel is extremely well maintained, including pool deck power washed every night. They are constantly working around the hotel. Food is really good for all inclusive, with a wide range of choices for all 3 meals and snacks. Drinks were a little watered down but plentiful, with bars everywhere. We had a private "butler," since we had club level rooms. Aram went above and beyond to make our stay that much more enjoyable. We have NO complaints about this...

'The elevator doesn’t work and my husband was trapped in it as soon as we arrived. The gym was unusable as it was under water. There is nothing close by in terms of groceries, the Walmart is closest but would be a 25 minute walk and do not recommend it. The appliances worked but all the cupboards smelled strong like vinegar. 'This resort could be an absolute gem! The staff has my greatest appreciation for their tireless efforts. They work really hard and I’m sure they’re underpaid. The ocean views is simply outstanding. Keep in mind this is a no swim beach, otherwise enjoy the sights and sounds of the beautiful ocean. The buffet food was okay. Don’t come expecting a dazzling buffet, it’s accommodating! 'The people in the lobby are getting pushy to sale you timeshare and the hotel needs to not allow pressure sales in the property. Food was not to good the food in the buffet was cold and not a good quantity'

This is my go to location for travel to Los Cabos.'

'Leuk, kleinschalig (waardoor persoonlijker) hotel met ruime, nette kamers, wel druk bezet door veelal Mexicanen, ietwat gehorig. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, goed ontbijt met ruime keuze, waar voor je geld. Goedkoop naar Baja-maatstaf. 5 minuten lopen naar historisch centrum, strand is wel een half uur lopen.'
