'Really enjoyed our stay both in Paleochora and Blue Horizon. Very friendly and helpful personnel. The terrace (where one can also get breakfast) provides fantastic sunset views. The bed is very comfortable and the room is well -equipped. Great location right by the well- organized beach (hotel stay includes the use of comfy beach beds). We had a problem with sewage smell which we reported and staff followed up swiftly to try to resolve the issue. '

'A beautiful place nestled in the mountains, set in a charming, beautifully restored village. Its location is also ideal, roughly halfway between Elafonissi Beach and the Balos Lagoon, making it a great base for exploring both. Our room was a wonderful cottage, full of character and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. The restaurant was another highlight, serving truly outstanding dishes. A wonderful experience overall.'

'Very well equipped, spacious apartment, opposite the Gramenos beach, some 5 km west of Paleochora centre. The Mera building comprises c10 units and is about 50m beyond the local taverna. Unit 5 is a first floor double apartment, corner position overlooking the sea and front garden. 'Modest accomodations, but with all amenities, like shower, balcony, AC and a fridge in addition. There was no TV but who needs that with the beach only an arms length away...Room was clean, atmosphere friendly and informal, manager very helpful. The manager even drove me to the bus station when I thought I'd miss the bus. I had one of the most relaxing vacations ever for the lowest price ever. And I fell in love with Greece.'

'Wij werden heel hartelijk ontvangen door de eigenares. Uitgebreide info over omgeving met foldertje. Mooi zicht op zwembad en de zee in de verte. Heel mooi en groot strand. Restaurantjes... ruime kamer met terras, ijskast, airco. We voelden ons als thuis. Dichtbij prachtige wandelmogelijkheden. Een aanrader. '
