'住宿當天，工作人員會寫信問旅客到達hostel的確切時間。由於問我2次關於何時抵達旅館，讓我覺得有點煩。
當我依時間抵達旅館，工作人員卻不在，無法替我開門，讓我等了10分鐘。
之後，工作人員打電話給我, 請我去隔壁餐廳坐著等待另一個10分鐘。讓我覺得等待是不開心的。
工作人員替我開門，見面請我吃巧克力。
看見我帶著一個大行李，幫我從混合床宿舍免費升等成為單獨的露營車。我馬上變得開心。謝謝工作人員幫我升等。
24小時免費的茶，咖啡。
晚上10點需降低音量。
浴室廁所很乾淨。
露營車很有創意。'

'Goede accomodatie, schoon en netjes.
Omgeving is minder maar de trein en metro op 3 minuten afstand brengen je overal heen. En je hebt hier geen last van in de hostel'

'Zimmer zur Straße zu laut und durch Reklamebeleuchtung nachts hell. Badtür schließt sehr schwer.'

'We didn't get the check in details but were helped quickly by phone. Was quite noisy outside. Room spacious and quite neat. Unfortunately there was no hot shower water.'

'Clean room, the guy at the counter didn't speak much English, when paying the tax I swept the card twice because the first time didn't print, but it still paid 2 times, so the next day he already had the to give back for the accident without even asking! Location is a bit remote, sketchy when you come to the place for the first time when it's already night out, but has sbahn in a 5min distance and a park next to it. No hair dryer I think. Oh and the toilet seat didn't stand up by itself'

'Ter-rib-ble. Due to the train schedule, I arrived quite late in Hamburg. I received various text messages at 22:30 such as 'Where are you?', while I agreed with the hostel days beforehand that I would arrive late. Then they wanted to charge me 10 euros extra for arriving late without ever mentioning it. I decided to stay somewhere else because of this terrible treatment, even though they still charged me for the night on my credit card. They are a total scam! Do not book here!'
