'Nice quiet and good value for money'

'The hotel is perfectly located, just a couple of minutes’ walk from the Malbork Castle box office. Free parking right at the hotel was also a big plus. The building itself is quite old, both outside and inside, and there is no elevator, which might be an issue for some guests (especially those with heavy luggage or mobility needs). 'Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und flexibel. Da es sehr heiß war und wir bereits mittags angereist sind, durften wir das Gepäck bis zum Check-in im Hotel aufbewahren. Das Zimmer ist klimatisiert und hatte eine tolle Aussicht auf den Fluss. Parkplätze gab es genügend. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich.'

'I am very disappointed with this stay. The place may be very nice, the views are wonderful, but it is not necessarily comfortable in winter. The room was very cold, as was the restaurant, where the only “normal” place to sit was by the fireplace. It was also very cold at breakfast, the breakfasts were very basic, and the coffee machines were not working. '

'Der Check-in und Check-out war kontaktlos, es hat alles gut geklappt. Wellnessbereich war nicht nutzbar, das wussten wir aber vorher schon, da dies bei der Buchungsbestätigung mitgeteilt wurde. Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Balkontür haben wir nicht auf bekommen, wir wollten nichts kaputt machen. Es gab wunderbar riechendes Shampoo und ein hervorragendes Frühstück, obwohl wir die einzigen Gäste waren, gab es frisches Rührei.'
